Process

From your current purchasing list to a repeatable direct supply. Two to three months to first shipment is typical.
  1. Assessment

You send your current list: items, specifications and annual volumes. Where the specification is missing I build it from samples or drawings. We also decide here which items suit direct sourcing and which do not.

  2. Market research

I put your specification to selected factories and visit the most promising. You receive a landed cost per item against your current purchase price, with the manufacturers behind it.

  3. Negotiation and terms

Price, volume breaks, payment terms, lead time and quality are fixed in writing. Including the things that cause trouble later: tolerance, packaging, marking, and what happens on rejection.

  4. Trial shipment

The first order is small and inspected before shipping. You see what you are getting before committing a full container to a factory you do not yet know.

  5. Scaling up

After a successful trial you move to regular orders. I stay the point of contact with the factory and hold price, quality and delivery.

Terms

I work as a commission agent. My fee comes from the manufacturer and is calculated per container shipped. You pay me nothing, and you know my percentage before you sign anything.

I never take title to the goods. You buy direct from the factory and remain the importer, with your own customs declaration and VAT treatment. That keeps your position clear and rules out a hidden trading margin.

What I do not do

I do not carry stock and I am not a wholesaler. If you need three boxes today, your current supplier is the better answer and I will say so.

I also will not promise a saving before I have prices. On some items, nuts and stainless among them, the gap against your current supply is small. You will hear that from me before you invest time.
